Recruiting Neighborhood Leaders

The last presidential election was decided by 70,000 votes, only 0.02% of the contry's population. The way we turn our county blue is by engaging existing voters and registering new ones. The way we do that -- the way Orange County did that, is by hitting the streets, knocking on doors and recruiting neighborhood leaders.

In 2018 The Riverside County Democratic Party's GOTV Committee's team of dedicated volunteers sent 281,000 texts to likely voters. Eighty-eight percent of the people we texted voted. Nearly three-thousand of the people we trexted replied to our texts in a positive way. These folks are our likely targets for neighborhood leaders.
